Slade's Noddy Holder has given fans a positive update on his health, despite his ongoing battle with cancer.The 77 year old musician was told he only had six months to live when he was first diagnosed with oesophageal cancer five years ago.
Doctors suggested he take part in a clinical trial for a new type of chemotherapy, which hadn't been tested on anyone over 60 before.
