Former Blue Peter presenter Simon Thomas, 47, has revealed that his father has died at the age of 78.The Sky Sports host informed his 97,000 Instagram followers of the tragic news, which comes almost three years after his wife Gemma's death.Sharing a picture of his dad alongside his wife, Simon wrote: “Goodbye Dad.
