Sky News sports presenter Jacquie Beltrao couldn't stop smiling as she updated fans on her stage 4 breast cancer diagnosis revealing that she had received a clear scan.

Taking to Instagram, the 56-year-old former Olympic gymnast posted a uplifting video teasing she had some "breaking news". Looking happy and healthy, wearing dungarees and a t-shirt Jacqui held up a sign that said: 'No evidence of cancer!'
