Six by Nico has opened its luxury flagship restaurant in Glasgow.Chef Nico Simeone unveiled Six by Nico Merchant City on Albion Street almost seven years after the popular concept restaurant first launched in the city.
Every six weeks, foodies will be treated to a completely new six-course menu at the Merchant City location, with the first concept menu based on the iconic 'The Mad Hatter's Tea Party.' Each menu is themed around a different location, memory, or idea and allows guests to become immersed in the story behind the dishes.

Since 2017, the Six Company has opened 15 spectacular eateries throughout the UK and Ireland. They have served more than 350,000 customers across Glasgow locations in Finnieston, Byres Road and Glasgow Southside and a staggering 2 million dishes.The company has also raised more than £700,000 in two years for their charity partner the Beatson Cancer Charity.
