Johnny Depp and Sir Rod Stewart thrilled crowds at the weekend with an onstage collab to raise cash for charity.The stars joined forces to help stray cats and kittens at Celia Hammond’s Animal Trust as they backed their pal, 81-year-old former model Celia, at the plush Ned Hotel in Bank in London.
Almost £250,000 was raised for the charity as the actor and rocker entertained the small crowd, auctioning off items to keep the cash coming.
As reported in the Mirror, the pair kept their union quiet but Sir Rod, 79, thrilled the audience by belting out his famous tunes including Maggie May, Forever Young and First Cut is the Deepest.
While Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny showed off his skills on the guitar. The pair reunited at the private charity event and their appearance went down a storm after their reunion last year at Royal Albert Hall in memory of legendary rock musician Jeff Beck.
