Singer, 96, with Alzheimer's melts hearts on Britain's Got Talent

Singer Nora Barton melted hearts when she took to the stage for a joyful performance on Britain's Got Talent. The 96-year-old, who has Alzheimer's, is the ITV talent show's oldest ever contestant.

And she showed how it's done with a rendition of the waltz song The Loveliest Night Of The Year. Nora sang accompanied by her daughter Pam Dimbleby on piano, who has previously spoken of her pride over her mum's achievements.

Sharing a video of Nora online singing a duet with herself on Ah! Sweet Mystery of Life she wrote: "This is mum, proving that Alzheimer's doesn't have to stop you doing things." And viewers were moved by her performance on BGT. "This is what it's all about...
