A dog snatched from death won hearts on Britain's Got Talent by performing magic tricks. Miracle lives up to his name because he was bound for restaurants in Hanoi in Vietnam.

The adorable dog, who was going to be cruelly slaughtered for meat, was loaded onto a truck and crammed into a cage with hundreds of other stolen dogs snatched from the streets in Thailand.

But the truck carrying him was intercepted by the Phuket-based animal welfare charity Soi Dog Foundation, which led to him being adopted by dog lover Amanda Leask from Scotland in 2014.
