Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Cowell is the principal, founder and chief executive of the British entertainment company Syco.
Justin Timberlake

Justin Randall Timberlake (born January 31, 1981), occasionally known by his initials JT, is an American singer, songwriter, actor, dancer, and record producer.

Raised in Tennessee, he appeared on the television shows Star Search and The All-New Mickey Mouse Club as a child. In the late 1990s, Timberlake rose to prominence as one of the two lead vocalists and youngest member of NSYNC, which eventually became one of the best-selling boy bands of all time.

Timberlake began to adopt a more mature image as an artist with the release of his debut solo album, the R&B-focused Justified (2002), which yielded the successful singles "Cry Me a River" and "Rock Your Body", and earned his first two Grammy Awards.

Simon Cowell and his America's Got Talent co-stars were wowed by an audition from a singing doctor, just days before he was killed in a devastating car crash.

Dr Brandon Rogers tragically died at the age of 29, just weeks before his big break on the global talent show. Known as B-Rog, he was involved in a fatal road traffic collision on 11 June 2017, leaving AGT producers uncertain about airing his episode.The gifted singer was discovered by AGT scouts on Instagram, where he regularly posted videos of his performances.

One cover, Boyz II Men's On Bended Knee, caught the attention of the R&B band who even invited him to join them on tour.

His Instagram page featured covers of hits by Justin Timberlake, Bruno Mars and Toni Braxton, and had amassed over 50,000 followers even before his appearance on America's Got Talent.
