Simon Cowell has put his six bedroom Wimbledon mansion up for sale for an eye-watering £17million after never living in it.The 62 year old bought the house with his fiancée Lauren Silverman, 44, in 2018 but after making extensive refurbishments has reportedly decided to stay at his Holland Park home in west London. The house is on the market for £2million more than he purchased it for – but with the amount of work put into the property, it's thought Simon won't make back a lot of the money spent.
According to Daily Mail, the 1900s period house has been stripped back to brick, with walls, ceilings and floors being removed.
