Simon has a new face?”Speaking to The Mirror about the pairs cheeky jibe, Cowell laughed off the claims and denied going under the knife for any serious cosmetic work.
He said: "I think it's hysterical. I mean, it just makes me laugh. I haven't had a facelift or anything. I've had a bit of Botox or whatever, but nothing drastic.
So when I hear about this stuff, honestly it does make me laugh."Simon previously revealed that his biggest critic is in fact himself and he vowed to never have Botox again.
