Amazon Prime Video sure does love John Krasinski. Not only is he the star of the “Jack Ryan” TV series, it was just announced that he’s returning as that character for a feature film.
But just because they got him for a “Jack Ryan” film, that doesn’t mean Prime Video is happy. No, sir. The studio has also signed him on for “Silent River.” READ MORE: Fall 2024 TV Preview: 40 Must-See Series To Watch According to Variety, John Krasinski and Matthew Rhys have signed on to star in the upcoming thriller series, “Silent River.” The official synopsis reads: “Through the lens of two men, whose lives are far more connected than they realize, ‘Silent River’ explores the cracks of small-town America in the wake of discovering a serial killer among them.” In addition to starring in the series, Krasinski is also executive producing as well as directing the pilot and additional episodes.
