On Wednesday, Tom took to Instagram to share a statement as he confirmed that the pair had parted ways, admitting he was "gutted".
His message read: "I didn't think I'd be writing this but me and Samie have gone our separate ways... "We are still on good terms and I have nothing but love and respect for her.
I'm gutted it's come to an end but I truly wish Samie the best." It comes after reports that Tom and Samie decided to call it quits on their relationship as it is believed they have struggled with the long distance with Samie being based in London and Tom living in Macclesfield.
