The UK Health Security Agency has issued a yellow warning for most of the country due to the sweltering temperatures. It strongly advises vulnerable people to remain indoors and hydrate generously.

Moreover, if you plan to step outside, remember to apply sufficient sunscreen to minimise the risk of sunburn. The NHS advises a bare minimum of SPF30 to ensure your skin remains healthy and protected, reports Gloucestershire Live.
