Alex Ritman Distribution and production banner Signature Entertainment has promoted two of its most senior execs. Elizabeth Williams, previously director of acquisitions and TV, has been upped to chief commercial officer.

Gareth Williams (no relation), who joined the company in 2012 shortly after it was founded and was promoted last year to chief finance officer, has been made chief operating officer. “I couldn’t be more delighted to see Liz and Gareth be handed these new roles within the company,” Signature CEO Marc Goldberg said in a statement. “Liz is one of the brightest lights in the industry and has been running point on all areas of acquisitions for several years.
