Sighting of missing Scots teen sparks second appeal from police to trace youngster

Police have made a second appeal to trace a teenage girl from Glasgow who was spotted in the Gorbals area two days after her disappearance.

Nicole Strimbeanu was reported missing on October 13, and was seen around the city centre at 8pm. Cops have now revealed the missing 14-year-old was spotted at around 12pm on Stirlingfauld Place on Sunday, October 15.

She is described as around 5ft 3ins, of slim build with long, dark brown hair.
