Zeze Millz and David ‘Sideman’ Whitely have opened up about the ‘heavy’ and relentless abuse they’ve received for speaking up for Black women – and they have no plans to stop. They are two of the most prominent young voices on social media with almost a million followers combined, so it was a no-brainer that they’ve teamed up to host Amazon Music’s first ever podcast, the +44 Podcast.

It’ll see them tackle issues within Black culture while speaking to notable figures in sport, music, TV and film, and you can bet that they’ll also use the platform to champion women of colour.

Sideman, who quit BBC Radio 1Xtra last year over their use of the N-word, has never shied away from supporting Black women, while Zeze – as a proud Black woman herself.
