A supermarket worker in Stockport has been praised after he went the extra mile, quite literally, to help one customer. Ali, who works in security for the Asda in Hazel Grove, pushed a woman in a wheelchair for an entire mile after she was dropped off at the wrong pharmacy for her Covid-19 vaccine. Ali noticed that she was upset and asked what was wrong. At first he asked if any of his colleagues could could give her a lift - but due to her hip she was unable to get into any of their cars.
