The item in question - a £29 green BDG Denver Stripe Polo Cardigan - has drawn comparisons to the outfit worn by Miss Hooley, the teacher character from the show, portrayed by Julie Wilson Nimmo.
The cardigan, which also comes in blue and yellow and is available in sizes XS-XL, prompted swift reactions from shoppers who noticed its similarity to Miss Hoolie's signature look.
One shopper shared an image of the cardigan on X (formerly Twitter), placing it beside a DVD cover featuring Miss Hoolie. "Help I bought this the other day," one user confessed, before another questioned: "Is it bad that I kind of like it?"
