BBC Breakfast viewers were quick to spot a glaring error during Saturday morning's episode (September 21). Hosts Charlie Stayt and Naga Munchetty had just introduced a segment on Strictly Come Dancing, featuring reporter David Sillito catching up with the contestants ahead of the evening's show.

We are being looked after beautifully." However, despite the smooth interview, sharp-eyed fans noticed that Toyah's name was misspelled in the banner that appeared during the interview.
