Mention IKEA and it's almost inevitable that meatballs will spring to mind. Those and mini Daim bars, although sadly they're no longer on the shelves.
But what shoppers are also sad about is that the café and restaurant at the Warrington site have closed, leaving customers craving their meatball fix.
Thankfully it's not permanent, as they're being refurbished, although an opening date for the new eateries has yet to be revealed. There is still some limited seating available and you can get a drink and a few snacks such as apple pie and the much-loved Daim cake.
The smaller FIKA cafe on the first floor is still open, selling a small range of refreshments and, there's still the usual Bistro after the checkouts if you want to grab a hot dog and some ice cream.
