Shola Shoretire grabbed a quick-fire brace deep into stoppage time to somehow salvage a point for Manchester United Under-21s in their Premier League 2 clash with Chelsea on Saturday afternoon at Kingsmeadow.
The attacker reduced the deficit to 3-2 five minutes into added time before finding the net again just 30 seconds later to stun Chelsea.
Isak Hansen-Aaroen had grabbed the opening goal of the game to put the visitors 1-0 ahead on 26 minutes. But efforts from Lewis Hall and Casare Casadei had put Chelsea ahead 13 minutes after the break before Jude Soonsup-Bell struck a third with eight minutes to go. Player-coach Tom Huddleston - who joined the club in August - made an appearance aged 35, replacing Toby Collyer on 72 minutes to add experience to youth.
