New pictures have emerged showing Anne Heche narrowly missing a pedestrian before she crashed into a house last week.The American actress was rushed to hospital after a car sped through residential streets and smashed into a two-storey home in the Mar Vista area of Los Angeles, California on Friday, before bursting into flames.
The 53-year-old was removed from the scene on a stretcher but was later confirmed to be in a ‘stable condition’ by representatives.Footage previously revealed that a blue Mini Cooper crashed into garages of an apartment complex shortly before barrelling into a house, where the tenant was fortunately not injured.Now, TMZ has sourced new video surveillance of the blue car driving through a narrow alleyway, and almost hitting a pedestrian.The publication also reported that ‘Anne struck another vehicle and took off,’ before confirming that the driver of the second vehicle was not injured.A neighbour of the person whose house Heche hit, Lynne Mishele, recently spoke out over the crash.To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 videoLynne Bernstein, said the tenant ‘was extremely fortunate’ to survive the accident with no injuries, along with her dogs and turtle, due to her being in another section of the small house.According to Bernstein, Mishele ‘was in shock’, noting to People: ‘I don’t think she got what was going on.
