Shia LaBeouf's Alleged Physical Violence Shown in New Documentary & He Explains Why He Supports Releasing the Film

Shia LaBeouf is standing by a documentary that depicts him allegedly initiating physical altercations against some of his acting students.

In 2018, the now 38-year-old actor started a free theater school at the Slauson Recreation Center in Los Angeles. Once formed, Shia then reportedly gave a student named Lewis O’Neil a camera, and told him to document everything that took place at the center. Lewis then gathered over 800 hours of footage to create the project, titled Slauson Rec.

Scenes that made the cut of the documentary apparently contain multiple instances of Shia engaging physical fights, including one moment of him allegedly shoving a student named Zeke against a wall.
