He explained: “We had seven trees up last year, and two of them projected snowflakes onto the ceiling.“My Italian in-laws live with me – we’ve got panettones as far as the eye can see – and we go big on everything. “Two or three joints of meat, bowls of every vegetable and four or five puddings. “Yule logs are brilliant, but my wife’s coffee panna cottas are a thing to behold.”The chef also said that Christmas is very much the time of year where he likes to let loose when it comes to drinking.
