Karla Camila Cabello Estrabao (born March 3, 1997) is a Cuban-American singer, songwriter, and actress.
She rose to prominence as a member of the girl group Fifth Harmony, formed on The X Factor (U.S.) in 2012, signing a joint record deal with Syco Music and Epic Records.
While a part of Fifth Harmony, Cabello began to establish herself as a solo artist with the release of the collaborations "I Know What You Did Last Summer" with Shawn Mendes, and "Bad Things" with Machine Gun Kelly, the latter reaching number four on the Billboard Hot 100.
Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello have been targeted by thieves at their LA pad. The pair were reportedly at home when suspects broke in through a window but the invaders soon departed when they realised the Canadian singer-songwriter, 22, and former Fifth Harmony band member, 24, were inside the property.
According to TMZ, as the perpetrators headed out and grabbed a set of car keys - belonging to one of Shawn's Mercedes SUV vehicles - and drove off in the G-Wagon car.
The US site adds that no arrests have been made but that LA Police Department are is still investigating the break-in. The Mirror has contacted representatives for Shawn and Camila for comment.
