Shaun Wright-Phillips says he found Manchester City's decision to sack Mark Hughes and replace him with Roberto Mancini 'strange' - but he accepts the move has been completely justified.
City favourite Wright-Phillips was in his second spell at the club in 2009 when Hughes was sacked following a run of just two wins in 11 Premier League matches.
