Sharon Stone must feel like the luckiest woman in the world after revealing she's cheated death a startling three times. The Hollywood actress, famous for her role in Basic Instinct, has been struck by lightning, was almost throttled by a washing line in a freak accident at age 14, and suffered a stroke in 2001.

The 62-year-old says she's been through a lot of "crazy" things in her life. She told The Sun : "I had my neck cut to a sixteenth of an inch from my jugular vein when I was 14 on a clothesline.

I’ve been hit by lightning and, wow, that was really intense." Sharon explained she was filling the iron with water and had her hand on the tap when the well outside was hit by lightning and the charge came up through the water.
