According to TMZ on Saturday, the 70-year-old television personality “fell ill” in the middle of filming a paranormal series at the Glen Tavern Inn in Santa Paula, California, a hotel once featured on the Travel Channel’s Ghost Adventures.
A spokesperson for the Ventura County Fire Department told the outlet they responded to a “medical call” at the establishment at around 6:30 p.m.
and took someone to Santa Paula Hospital. Santa Paula Police Chief Don Aguilar confirmed the patient was Sharon.
