Shannen Maria Doherty (born April 12, 1971) is an American actress, producer, and television director. She is known for her roles as Jenny Wilder in Little House on the Prairie (1982-1983), Maggie Malene in Girls Just Want to Have Fun (1985), Kris Witherspoon in Our House (1986-1988), Heather Duke in Heathers (1988), Brenda Walsh in Beverly Hills, 90210 (1990–1994), Prue Halliwell in Charmed (1998–2001), and BH90210 (2019).

mirror.co.ukShannen Doherty has revealed her plans to record video messages to say goodbye to her family as she battles cancer. The former 90210 actress, 49, was diagnosed with stage four breast cancer last year, which is now metastatic and in her spine.
She says she will record the messages and also write letters to her loved ones when she is ready, but believes she will live another 10 to 15 years.
Speaking to Elle magazine, Shannen said there are things she still wants to say to her mother and she wants to know how much her husband, Kurt Iswarienko, to know how much he means to her.
