The problem was it meant people were unable to do their own roles as other tasks had not been completed first. AJ needed a specific pot to collect the hot water, but it was in Shane's washing up pile.
Shane couldn't wash it up though without the hot water AJ was waiting to collect. The back and forth drama caused tension in camp, with the stars worried someone would snap.
