Shakira drops hint she's dating Lewis Hamilton after pair pictured together

Columbian singer Shakira has sparked speculation she may be dating formula one racer Lewis Hamilton after the pair were spotted looking cosy at the Spanish Grand Prix.The Hips Don’t Lie singer attended last week’s nail biting event in Barcelona, before stepping out with Lewis to enjoy a meal after he had only narrowly missed out on the win to Max Verstappen.

But while the meal could easily have been dismissed as a friendly get-together, the duo once again met up later in the week, when Lewis was spotted picking up Shakira in a speedboat outside her Miami home.

Accompanied by Lewis’ pal Miles Chamley-Watson, fans were convinced romance could be brewing between the two stars. A source close to the couple also revealed that this appears to be the case, as they told People that the pair were “growing closer”.

The source told the publication: “They're spending time together and in the ‘getting to know you’ stage. It's fun and flirty.” Shakira herself also appeared to hint at a new romance on the cards as part of a new interview with Mexican newspaper Milenio.
