Serena Williams Calls Out Harrison Butker at ESPYs 2024 as He Sat in The Audience

While hosting the 2024 ESPY Awards on Thursday night (July 11), Serena, 42, took a jab at Harrison, who was sitting in the audience. Keep reading to find out more…Serena was joined on stage by sister Venus Williams and presenter Quinta Brunson as they all discussed impressive accomplishments made by female athletes. “So, go ahead and enjoy women’s sports like you would any other sports—because they are sports,” Venus, 44, said. “Except you, Harrison Butker,” Serena chimed in. “We don’t need you.” Venus then snapped her fingers in approval as Quinta, 34, added, “At all.
Like, ever.” Despite being in the audience of the awards show, the cameras did not capture Harrison‘s reaction.
