Since scoring on his debut against Ross County, Amad has failed to make the impact which Rangers fans were expecting. Amad was benched for the club's Europa League tie with Borussia Dortmund on Thursday night and was again a substitute for Rangers' weekend trip to Dundee United.
The Glasgow side fell behind in the 29th minute thanks to a Ross Graham goal and Amad was brought on in the 73rd minute to try and change the game.
Rangers did equalise just three minutes later through Joe Aribo but failed to find a winner. Post-match, Rangers fans' criticisms were with Amad who failed to make an impact in his cameo appearance.
