She’s a newbie on Selling Sunset — but she’s already found herself at the center of controversy! During Season 8 of the Netflix show, which premiered on Friday, Alanna Gold claimed she and her husband, Adam Gold, owned Pioneertown — a fully functioning old west town in San Bernardino County, California that’s also a movie set.

She explained she and Adam “always knew we wanted to own a piece of property out there or be a part of the community somehow.” So, when the couple saw a portion of the town was available for sale in 2020, they did not hesitate to snatch it up!
She noted they thought it was a great “opportunity to really make it vibrant again” as well as “preserve a piece of history.” Plus, in the long run, it made for an interesting storyline for her on Selling Sunset!
