Selena Gomez is set to show her vulnerable side as she shares her personal struggles during her new documentary. Gomez has been in the spotlight for most of her life having been a child star on Disney before becoming a global pop superstar and esteemed actress but that does not mean it has been easy for the 30-year-old multi-faceted star.

The AppleTV+ documentary titled My Mind and Me sees Gomez let in the cameras over a six-year period where she has reached those eye watering highs but also crushing lows as she bares all to give fans a glimpse of her private life.

The trailer for the feature length film directed by Alek Keshishian, who is best known for his 1991 film Madonna: Truth or Dare which was the highest grossing documentary of all time for 11 years and is also the brother of Gomez's manager Aleen, saw the singer-turned-actress shed many tears as she battles against her mental health struggles.

It is set for release on the streaming platform on Friday, November 4, with the former Wizard of Waverly Place star sharing the trailer on her social media accounts on Tuesday evening.
