Selena Gomez has broken her silence over the alleged 'feud' between herself and Hailey Bieber and called for an end to the online abuse directed towards the supermodel.

The singer took to Instagram this morning (March 24) to stand up for her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber’s wife after revealing Hailey had contacted her.

She said the 26-year-old had 'reached out' after receiving death threats and 'hateful negativity'. Selena, who stars on Disney + series ‘Only Murders in the Building’ wrote on her Stories: "Hailey Bieber reached out to me and let me know that she has been receiving death threats and such hateful negativity. No one should have to experience hate or bullying. I've always advocated for kindness and really want this all to stop." Selena also started following Hailey on Instagram in a show of support.
