A second region in Spain is going back into lockdown after a new coronavirus outbreak which comes as Britons prepare to head back for holidays.
Entry into and out of La Marina, north of Lugo in Galicia, will be banned from midnight until Friday, but with some exceptions such as work reasons, as restrictions were placed on about 70,000 residents.
It comes a day a day after Catalonia also introduced a local lockdown in the Segria region to curb the spread of the coronavirus.
In La Marina, locals will not be stopped from moving within the 14 municipalities that make up the region in the far north-west of the country.
