Second man charged with possessing a firearm after shots fired in Rochdale

Police have charged a second man after shots were fired in Rochdale. The incident happened on Hill Top Drive on Sunday, March 27, Greater Manchester Police said.

Ross Pate, of Newchurch Street, Rochdale, has now been charged in connection with the incident. The 39-year-old has been charged with possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life or enable another to do so.
