Rescue teams face a race against time in the search for a submersible which went missing during a dive to the Titanic wreck.
British billionaire Hamish Harding is chairman OceanGate Expeditions is one of five people onboard the vessel which lost contact on Sunday evening about 435 miles south of St John's, Newfoundland.
The sub has a 96-hour oxygen supply in case of emergencies. The US Coast guard described the search as 'challenging' due to the remote location.
Pakistani businessman Shahzada Dawood and his son Sulaiman Dawood have been named as two of the other people on the submersible in a family statement.
