Combs is being held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center after being denied bail and house detention by Manhattan federal Magistrate Judge Robyn Tarnofsky.The notorious jail has long been plagued by tales of “barbaric” and “reprehensible” conditions for inmates — which have included sex abusers R.

Its capacity is reportedly almost 3,000.Lawyers for Combs argued that the conditions inside the MDC are not for the rap mogul.“Just earlier this summer, an inmate was murdered,” they wrote according to the Daily Beast.
