Scottish Government's decision on proposed freight hub at Ravenscraig expected imminently

A report compiled by Scottish Government planners on proposals for a rail hub in Ravenscraig has been completed and handed to Ministers to make the final decision on the plans.The Scottish Government Reporter confirmed that the report is now in the possession of Ministers who are considering it’s findings.However, there is no clarity or indication of timescale on when Ministers will proceed to issue a determination.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
