COP26 conference on the environment is held in Glasgow, SNP ministers have been told to "accelerate" its green plans.The call came from the Climate Emergency Response Group (CERG), which is made up of a variety of civic and business leaders based north of the Border.In spring 2019 the CERG published a list of 20 proposals for climate action which was subsequently backed by the Scottish Government.A report out today by the group has used a traffic light system to rate ministers' efforts to meet the list of recommendations since last year - with 33% given a green light, 57% at amber, and 10% given a red warning signal.
