But after a first foray into management at Fleetwood Town he has discovered that being in the dugout is a different kettle of fish.He was in charge of the Cod Army for just 15 months before being sacked by the League One outfit.
So, even at 38, Brown is still learning. He’s desperate to be a manager again despite the early setback at Highbury. And he believes he’ll be a far better gaffer second time around if given the chance.
