Balancing work and a personal life proves tricky, especially with his daughter, Eilidh - a passionate climate change activist - finding herself at the heart of police scrutiny.Ellen Miekelson, played by up-and-coming star Eilidh Loan, returns to her father's life after traveling in her mobile home.

In need of a place to stay, she moves in with him - turning The Chief’s world and flat upside down.The father-daughter duo couldn’t be more different - both are headstrong, but their passions couldn’t be further apart.Speaking exclusively to the Daily Record, Jack described his character Cameron as a "sort of leader", stating: "He's still sort of a leader who thinks he's the greatest leader in the world and he isn't.

He just thinks he's God's gift and he's not in anyway."The inspiration behind the oblivious and egotistical character stemmed purely from comedy.
