Scots mum told she 'could be infertile' after deadly cancer diagnosis gives birth to baby boy

woman who was told she would likely never have children after being diagnosed with cancer at just 23, has given birth to a baby boy.Sports therapist Aylee Smith was struck down with stage four Non-Hodgekins Lymphoma in 2017 after complaining of fatigue and dizzy spells.

Her doctor initially told her she was suffering from anxiety.But after her symptoms worsened Aylee's doctor referred her to Crosshouse Hospital for a CT scan on February 4, 2017.

The scan showed Aylee had a massive tumour in the centre of her chest, part of which had wrapped itself around her arteries.Medics told her she would need to undergo an operation to remove as much of the tumour as possible and at least six months of chemotherapy, before warning her the treatment.
