Scots are facing a Halloween washout tomorrow after forecasters issued two yellow weather warnings across the country. The first of the weather warnings will come into effect from 3am on Sunday and will impact Scots in the south west of the country.
Experts warn that around 30mm of rainfall could land in places like Dumfries and Galloway, Ayrshire and the Borders in just two or three hours.
Torrential showers are expected to cause more flooding chaos for this region, with public transport and the roads set to be affected.
