Scots cops in 30-mile car chase as two men arrested after cross-country pursuit

Scot cops hunted a pair of men who failed to stop across the country in a 30-mile car chase resulting in two arrests.Police officers in Edinburgh came across the pair on St John's Road and attempted to stop the vehicle before they made off from the scene on August 20.

The occupants fled the scene before being spotted from the air by the force helicopter as they made their way towards the west of Scotland.Traffic cops then caught up with the pair in North Lanarkshire.Two males, aged 20 and 21, were arrested and charged in connection with the incident.Police Scotland Air Unit wrote on X: "Another great result for the Police Helicopter!
