Police have launched an appeal for witnesses after a man exposed himself in Arbroath.Officers were notified on Sunday, December 29, that a man was exposing himself in Springfield Park, also known as Springfield Woods, between the hours of 8.30am and 11am.They have now issued a description of a man aged between 20 and 30 years old, with a slim build and dark coloured beard.
