Scotland’s "Hotel of the Year" has announced a one-of-a-kind private romantic dining experience this Valentine’s Day.Fingal is a luxury five-star that was previously a former Northern Lighthouse Board ship, now permanently berthed on Edinburgh’s vibrant waterfront.
