Scot in hysterics after driving licence lost on Glasgow night out found in Ukraine charity shop

driving licence was found in a charity shop in Ukraine - a year after its disappearance. Shaun McCourt lost his provisional license after a night out with his pals in Glasgow during the summer last year.

The 22-year-old, from Glasgow, only realised the ID had vanished after realising the pockets of his trousers were empty the following morning.

After searching his house, he ordered a new licence and thought nothing more of it over the next year. But in a bizarre turn of events, Shaun received a message from a Facebook user in Kiev, Ukraine yesterday.

They wrote: “Hello Shaun. You don’t know me. I’m from Ukraine and I have your driving licence.”The stranger then sent two pictures of Shaun's missing licence after finding it inside the pocket.
